Clip the rope into quickdraws to protect yourself on a sport climb
Thread the rope through the anchor at the top of a sport climb
Use sport climbing equipment effectively
Understand the grading system and choose suitable routes
Be aware of climbing ethics and environmental issues
Problem Solving for Climbers

Set up an abseil and protect yourself whilst abseiling
Ascend a rope
Escape from the system
Do an assisted hoist and an unassisted hoist
Before booking this course participants should be able to build anchors at the top of a cliff and lead climbs.
